Осознание собственной уникальности еще не повод тактично упрекать других в отсутствии подобных знаний )))

Скажем так, вся тематика по которой я отписывалась в данной теме, мне близка, т.к. это можно назвать моим хобби ))), конечно, санскрит, я не переведу, но, думаю, что отличить его от латыни сумею )))))
Другие же могут спокойно жить и не запариваться на тему анкх это или просто крест с кружком ))) , ничего криминального я в этом не вижу.
У других людей, вполне таки, могут быть свои собственные увлечение, не менеее увлекательные, в тематике , которых я совсем не шарю, но с удовольствием почитала их мнения, затронь мы что-то такое на форуме в обсуждениях )))

И, еще, мне не совсем ясен смысл анализировать что-то без дальнейшего синтеза информации и представление полученных результатов в "удобоваримой" форме.
Безусловно, работу ты провел большую, и , подозреваю, что она могла бы иметь смысл, позволила бы взглянуть на старое по - новому, но, снова, подозреваю, что большинство участников форума твоей работы не поняли просто потому, что не сумели прочитать там основного - понятных выводов ))

И, снова, подозреваю, что именно поэтому, твою работу и тебя восприняли как нечто странное ))), только потому что ты общаешься не на языке данной социальной группы )))
К чему я это все, а к тому, что: хочешь что б тебя поняли - пиши как эйсер )))), а не как эксперт , думаю, что это значительно уменьшит подколы в твой адрес со стороны других, и , недопонимания, грозящие конфликтом, будут исчерпаны ))))

Fanclubinterview - Part 1

Malin, Jenny, Jonas and Ulf reveal their biggest secrets in the fanclub interview!!

Which show has been the best so far?

Jonas: The concert I liked best was in Tel Aviv, Israel, in front of 55,000 people. It was close to the concert in Berlin yesterday, everybody sang along. The day the concert took place, was the national holiday which follows the mourning day for all the killed of the war. First, the people are sad and sorrowful before they start partying wildly. They change the sad mood (Jonas makes a sad face) into a happy mood (Jonas shouts: 'Yeaaah'). We had four concerts at the same evening, and the gig in Tel Aviv was the second one at 2 o'clock at night. The audience was floodlighted and when we came on stage, the crowd seethed. We've had the best results in Israel. There, we've had three number one hits and once a number two. That is the best memory I have to a concert! Well, and if I had to name the five best concerts so far, I would say that one great concert took place in Denmark - giantic. Place 3, 4 and 5 are concerts in Germany. One of them last night in Berlin. I can't remember exactely where all over we've been. I think Saarlouis in Germany this summer was amazing. It was indescribably hot. So hot that the condensed water was dripping of the ceiling! Besides, the concert in Gerlingen near Stuttgart was great.

Malin: This show in Tel Aviv, actually it was a little bit outside, in a Zoo, was really the best we've had so far. Great!

Where have you had the craziest fans?

Jenny: That was in Sweden when the fans stormed the stage with "Waiting For Magic". I can remember that well. At small concerts where there were no security guards.

Why are you so successful in Israel, or asked differently, why did you publish your records there?

Jonas: I have no idea! Our record boss is from Israel. Maybe that is connected. The record company there is very professional. Maybe they just like our music. They have very quick charts there. If you said Israel is European, which it is of course not, it is in Asia, but if you compared it, you would have to say that they are quicker than the British charts, which already are terrificly quick. Indescribable. Maybe that is why we have so many successful singles in the charts. All of our four singles (note of the fanclub: "Waiting For Magic" was also released in Israel) were in and out of the charts during three months!

How do you stay fit for your shows?

Jonas: I do bodybuilding. I like to walk and besides I do sports. Many people tell me: Oh, you've lost weight since the last time you were in Germany. But I didn't lose weight! Actually, I gained weight! That are muscels and in the end those weight more than fat. So when I tell them: "No, I weight three kilogramms more", they all have an amazed expression on their faces!

Jenny: We aren't fit (laughs).

Malin: Yes, that's true. We are not fit for the show. In the summertime I ride my bike three times a week for 20 kilometers each. But now fall appoaches and that is why we are not fit for the show.

Jenny: You can notice that our voices don't get so high because we have to breathe more.

Do you train for the show a lot?

Jenny: No, I had an appendicitis, so that's how I handled that (laughs). That's a mental training.

Can you tell us something about it?

Jenny: We were in Eurodisney in France. In the evening we traveled back home. The day after, when we were in Stockholm again, I felt very ill. I just felt horribly sick and I thought I had to throw up any minute, but I didn't feel any pain or so. Eventually, I went to the hospital because I thought that I have a gastric ulcer because I've already had that once. But that wasn't it, it was an appendicitis! I was very exhausted that day and didn't think that it could be an appendicitis because I read about it and I knew that it should hurt when you lift up the right leg. It wasn't a severe appendicitis but it had to be taken out.

That happened one day before you were supposed to tour Germany. What did you think then?

Jenny: Well, this or dying. The decision was easy.

Malin: I have to say that we were very glad that she got ill in Stockholm and not earlier. Like we said, we were in Eurodisney the day before and made those shootings for MTV. That way she was able to understand what the doctors and nurses said. I think that is very important. You probably would feel uncomfortable in France if you don't understand what the doctors and nurses discuss.

Do you like being on tour?

Jonas: I like being on tour, if it doesn't take too long. When you are away for one week, that's great, but touring for a year, like for example Roxette, we won't do that. I can almost promise that. Our management told us to do a big tour and we've had many good offers, but we like to plan at a bigger distance in advance. It is important that we go out together, that everybody is happy and meets their friends rather than doing an appearance for an award or having publicity in some other way. But I hope that we can go on tour again next year. It looks like if we'll tour Europe for 3 weeks and than for another 3 weeks the USA, Japan, Israel and other strange countries (laughs). It's not for sure yet, but we think about it. We believe that it is very important for a band not to be a studio product only, but which can also do something live, is a real band and also can prove that. So, maybe we'll play two shows in France, one in Holland, one in Spain and four in Germany.

Jenny: Yes, I love it. When you are away for one week, like now, that's like vacation. It's just a lot of fun to sing. Usually, you travel when doing a tour, doing soundcheck, appearance, going to bed, travelling again and so on. But it is different in Germany now because we had a press day. But I like to be on tour in any case.

Malin: I like it, but when it is longer than a week it is really hard. One week is o.k. But longer is really difficult. It is very funny on tour, yes, even promotion is o.k. - for one week. Unfortunately, it usually takes longer and than you feel empty when you return home. That is hard. The way it is now is alright.

Is it exhausting to tour?

Jonas: Oh yes, I would say it is a funny but also a hard job!

Isn't it caustic to travel so much with the bus?

Malin: No, I like the bus because I hate flying. That's just not my thing. I'm trying to get used to it, but still, it's like poking needles into my arm. I like to be on tour with the bus. We have beds here in the bus and you can lay down. Or you play cards with somebody from the crew. There are so many possibilities.

Jenny: I prefer travelling with the train. You see a lot of the landscape then and you are fast. But when you are on tour, unfortunately that doesn't work. Then the bus is the better transportation.

Fanclubinterview - Teil 2

You are en route a lot, do you still enjoy it on the whole?

Jonas: The week, we are en route now, is perfect. Especially when you have a few days off when you get home. Then you can really give your best. The way it is now, we'll have three days off when we get home, before we'll go to Stockholm to shoot two or three new videoclips. By the way, the Americans want us to shoot a new video to "All That She Wants", they offered us a new budget of 240.000 DMarks, but that was too much for us. I think 50.000 DMarks are the absolute maximum. Of course it is expensive when you have to fly to an exotic place, but when you are staying in the city, you have your ideas and know what you want to do, than that's enough.

Who had the ideas to the videos? Do you have them or do you have somebody who has them for you?

Jonas: Sometimes the production team has some good ideas. Most of the time we only had three days and then you are pretty hectic: 'Let's do this, this and that'.

Who had the idea to arrange the "Happy Nation" video like this?

Jonas: We wanted something pretty, with smooth light and so on. Then they added some symbols. It was a kind of teamwork. "Wheel Of Fortune" was a little chaotic. With "All That She Wants" we only had a very low budget and very little time. It was shot in the apartment of an actress. She's the main character. It was pretty interesting (laughs). We didn't have time to do a new video either, although they wanted a new one. When we were on number one of the radio charts, they had to publish our song, although they didn't like the video (laughs). They said the video doesn't have any color, 'but that's the signification, that it doesn't have any color' I only told them. Those brown colors are a special shooting technique, and was exactely what we wanted. Indeed, I now think that the new videos for "The Sign" and "Don't Turn Around" will have a budget of 50.000 DMarks each.

In how far do you already have problems with going out and being recognized?

Jonas: Sometimes, but it is not that bad. It really is o.k. But during gigs when we have to go through the crowd then it really is chaos. I belive in Germany and Sweden the fans are similiar in the way that they don't rush to the stars when they recognize them. But in Israel, the USA and in Japan the people have a different mentality. Especially in Italy, there they show their feeling directly. But there are no problems or so. We had some strange calls, but besides that there is nothing.

Malin: The people take it easy. I was in the foreground of all three videoclips so far and that with three different faces. "All That She Wants" was my own make up, it was horrible, "Happy Nation" is an awful make up which was done by some girl. The make up I have in "Wheel Of Fortune" I think is outstanding. I look totally different in every single video clip, that's why you can't recognize me so easily. Maybe from "All That She Wants" because I did the make up. That was really bad, with one brown and one black eye-brow, very, very bad. But I don't have any problems in Gothenburg. That is the only place I spend my free time. When people recognize me sometimes, they just look. They leave you alone. In Gothenburg that is really ok. Did I live in Stockholm that would be totally different. There, people are more into meeting interesting people.

Jenny: I don't have any problems with it.

Malin: I appear so differently in the video clips because we don't have a stylist who tells us: "That is how you have to look, that is how you have to move". We had different make-up-girls and it is funny when people do different things with your face and your hair. But I shouldn't say that I'm the main attraction in ACE OF BASE because we are four and we sing together often. Jenny sings almost all fast songs, whereas I sing the Reggae songs. Now, Reggae - songs became singles. Jenny sings as much as I do.

Do you remember something funny that happened to you with the fans.

Jonas: It was funny in Denmark, when we gave a double concert, my fly was open (laughs). I wore blue underwear. After the show I found out why some people were pointing at me and were lauging during the concert. When I was sitting there and drinking a beer, I discovered that my fly was open. "Oh shit" I thought and asked Malin right away if I was in the bathroom after the concert, and when she said no, I cursed again. That was funny!

Jenny: When we were in Denmark, two boys followed ACE OF BASE the whole time. They traveled after us and had printed on T-Shirts so they had access to the backstage. Those two did everything possible to get close to us. It was funny to get to know those fans. When we were on tour in Sweden in March, we had some fans from Upsala, north of Stockholm, following us the whole time.

Malin: I have a story of an army pilot, it's not important in which country because that makes no difference, who followed me. He went to every concert we had in that country. One night he even climbed up the front of the hotel to the window to get into mine and Jenny's room because we shared one. He was so crazy. I better don't tell you which country that was in, it probably would be too embarrassing for him. Our manager was really angry and kicked him out after that.

Do think it's good to have a fanclub now, and why did you choose us?

You showed us your Roxette Fanzine and that was great. We had another offer but that was too loose, not stichted. The layout of that fanclub was not good. If I was that fanclub, I wouldn't have shown it (laughs). That's why we decided for a fanclub with a good layout. Besides, we've been working with Roxette for a longer time and that was a good sign. I thought that Roxette know all about it.

Malin: We chose you because you are young. I think, that young people know what other young people want. Yet, our fans are young. Besides, you already work together with Roxette and that is a big thing. We know that you can do it.

Jenny: I think it's important that you can get an idea of us. Because that is what i expected, when I joined some fanclubs in Sweden. Back then, I wanted to know something about the persons. But I only got boring letters which didn't state anything. I think it is very difficult to get an idea of us and to interpose it between you and the fans. We also had another offer from a man but we weren't convinced if he can pass on our image. We want to give the fans ourselves and I believe that you can do that well.



Do you have any conceptions, expectation of the fanclub?

Malin: I think you should take some good pictures during this tour so the fans get an idea of what we do the whole time, and that you write about what we do the whole day. It shouldn't look like if we only travel and perform. That is a lot more: sleeping in the bus, playing cards. One of our dancers is just getting her driver's license while we are on tour. It's not only singing, but a lot more.

Интересно, но они углубились не в ту тематику, на мой взгляд. Лучше бы о содержательных вещах рассказали, нежели о формальностях да стоимости

Я их читал но не до конца еще, впечатления хорошее остались об этих статьях. Эти рассказы или истории основанная на песнях AOB, приятно читать, разные интересные мысли на счет смыслов песен, что вы видите в них.
Вообщем как рассказы или размышления о песнях AOB, очень даже хорошо и интересно.
